Beef Short Ribs (2.50-2.75kg)
I have ordered the short ribs a few times now and they never disappoint. I cooked them in the slow cooker for 5 hrs in a red wine, beef stock and they were amazing. So tasty & plenty of meat for two. Only criticism is it is harder to cook them on one long rib than 2 shorter ribs, as they don't fit in the slow cooker, so I had to take the meat off the bone instead of cooking with the bone on for extra flavour.
